Returns Policy
1. UK Customers – 14 Day Cooling Off
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK customers have 14 days from receipt to cancel their order.
You then have 14 days to return the goods.
Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
2. International Returns
We accept international returns within 14 days of delivery.
Please note:
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable.
We recommend tracked shipping, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
3. Hygiene Exemption
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used hair care products unless they are faulty.
4. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If goods arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographs.
Under UK law, faulty goods may qualify for repair, replacement, or refund.
5. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (including via Klarna where applicable).
