1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within [1–3 working days], excluding weekends and UK bank holidays.

During peak periods, processing times may be extended.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. UK Shipping

  • Standard Delivery: [£1.99] (3–5 working days)

  • Express Delivery: [£3.99] (1–2 working days)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Worldwide Shipping

We ship worldwide to selected destinations.

International delivery times typically range from 5–20 working days, depending on location and customs clearance.

Delivery estimates do not include customs processing times.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For orders shipped outside the UK:

  • You are responsible for all import duties, customs charges, VAT, sales tax, or clearance fees imposed by your country.

  • These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

  • We cannot mark parcels as “gifts” or undervalue items.

If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs charges:

  • Return shipping fees and any customs costs incurred will be deducted from your refund.

Customs

·        By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree that additional customs charges may apply in your country and that these are outside of our control.

·        Failure to pay customs charges that results in parcel refusal will lead to return shipping costs being deducted from any refund.

 

5. Risk & Ownership

Risk passes to you once the parcel is delivered to the address provided.

We are not liable for:

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

  • Delays caused by courier services

  • Customs delays

  • Local import restrictions

6. Restricted Products & Import Rules

It is your responsibility to ensure that the products ordered are permitted for import in your country.

We are not liable for goods seized or destroyed by customs authorities.

7. Lost Parcels

If your order has not arrived within:

  • 10 working days (UK)

  • 25 working days (international)
